You simply call or email us (037343-219751 - support@its-se.de) - tell us about your problem and tell us how we can help you. We solve smaller things immediately, if necessary we make an appointment for longer-lasting issues. You only need to book some support time here beforehand.

You download the FastViewer Client module from our site to your computer and run it. After starting the client module, enter the session number we mentioned.

Only with your consent, we can access your PC. You have full control at all times and can intervene at will to terminate the connection. The session will end as soon as we or you disconnect. We will no longer be able to access your computer.

This procedure is simple, and safe for you as well as for us. You get help immediately because we look at your screen. You can stay in the office - so can we. No lost time and kilometers. You only call for help when you really need it – no contractual commitment.

For this we charge 1.00 Euro per minute incl. legal. VAT with minute-by-minute billing. You can simply book support time in advance here (hourly), and we will then charge the actual time spent with your balance. In your customer account on this page, you can view your support time balance at any time.
