How can I change my package?

Upgrade or downgrade web hosting or email hosting package

To change your web hosting or email hosting package to a larger or smaller package of the same type, e.g. Web hosting or email hosting, please do the following:

1. First you should log in to your account.
2. Then click on "Submit ticket" in the customer center
3. Select Web Hosting Support as the department.
4. Enter the ID of the web hosting or email hosting package to which you refer in the "Hosting package" field.
5. Enter in the field "Subject" e.g. Upgrade or downgrade.
6. Then write us your request with the desired hosting package and the desired change date in the Message field.
7. Finally, click the "Submit" button and our support team will implement your change request as soon as possible.

Please understand that we have to charge a service fee of 10 euros for a downgrade.

You will find this on your next invoice as a downgrade fee.
