How can I pay?
We currently offer 2 payment methods.
- Prepayment via bank transfer
- Direct debit
Order
Prepayment via bank transfer
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, select this payment method in the shop. After your order has been accepted, a new invoice will be created, on which you will also find the bank details to be able to pay by bank transfer.
Direct debit
If you would like to pay the invoice for your order and all future invoices for your customer account by direct debit, select this payment method in the shop and enter your bank details.
Later invoices
Prepayment via bank transfer
If you would like to pay your invoice by bank transfer and this is already specified in your profile, you can simply request a transfer from your bank to the bank details specified on the invoice.
If the payment method is not yet specified in your customer data, simply switch the payment method in your customer data to bank transfer at least one week before the due date or simply send us a support ticket at least one week before the due date.
Direct debit
You can simply conclude a direct debit agreement with us, as described in the article Make or terminate direct debit agreement.
Important:
- When paying by direct debit, please always ensure that your specified bank account has sufficient funds on the due date, otherwise a chargeback may occur, which would result in additional fees.
- When paying by bank transfer, please make sure that you specify the correct purpose, otherwise the payment may not be assigned.
This should start with its-se.de followed by a minus sign and the invoice number, so it should be in the format its-se.de-{invoice number}.
