Make or terminate direct debit agreement
How future invoices pay via direct debit by the due date
Simply fill out the payment information form in your customer profile or send us a support ticket with your request and the necessary bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC, name of the bank).
Cancel the direct debit agreement with us
It is simply sufficient to switch the payment method in your customer profile, for example to bank transfer, at least one week before the due date, or to send us a support ticket with your request.
